Barbecuing in the warmer weather? Here are a few grilling tips to avoid foodborne illness:

🥩 Avoid cross-contamination of ready-to-eat foods with raw meat.
🌡️ Use a digital thermometer and insert it into the thickest part of the meat to ensure it is cooked.
🍽️ Use a clean plate when taking food off the grill.
🧼 Always wash your hands with soap and warm water before and after handling raw meat.
