💥 THIS WEEK’S CHALLENGE: PUSH-UPS 💥
Before you scroll past thinking “absolutely not,” hear me out.
Push-ups are one of the most underrated, do-anywhere moves for fat loss, strength, and confidence.
Why push-ups are worth your time:
• They work your arms, shoulders, chest, core, and glutes all at once
• They help boost metabolism because they’re a full-body move
• They improve posture and upper-body strength (hello strong back, bye slouch)
• They build functional strength for real life, not just the gym
And no, you do not need to drop and give me 20 like you’re in boot camp.
Modified options totally count 👇
✔️ Wall push-ups (perfect if you’re brand new)
✔️ Counter or bench push-ups
✔️ Knees on the floor
✔️ Slow negatives (lower down slowly, reset, repeat)
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is showing up, building strength, and proving to yourself that you can.
Start where you are.
Do what you can.
Get a little stronger every time.
