Here is a nutrition label that shows you that this food provides you with 2g of Protein per 1 cup. If you eat 2 cups, you will get 4g of Protein, and if you only eat 1/2 cup, you will get 1g of Protein. This food is NOT a good source of Protein, if you try to have a higher Protein intake but it will still add Proteins to your overall Protein intake for the day.
Remember that an average person needs about 0.8g of Proteins per kg of body weight per day! Any questions, let me know!

You got it! Right on the nutrition label of the food you are consuming.

Are you consuming sufficient protein on a daily basis? Target 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. A typical 60kg person should ingest approximately 48g of protein per day. Athletes and very active individuals require more protein daily.
