Our pharmacy team has lost one of our own. 💔 You may not have seen Glenn in our dispensary often, but he was always there — working quietly in the background, supporting our team and helping shape the care we provide every day. Glenn - through his work with the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia - was the driving force behind so many of the clinical services we have brought into our pharmacy, services that allow us to better care for our patients and our community.

Glenn was a leader in pharmacy across our country, and we were incredibly fortunate to benefit from his vision, guidance, and belief in what community pharmacy could be. This past year, Pam had the privilege of sharing the stage with him in Vancouver and Toronto, highlighting the incredible success stories of pharmacy practice in Nova Scotia. Earlier this year, she also travelled with him to Jordan to help recruit pharmacists to our province — work he held a very personal connection to.

More than anything, Glenn brought a sense of calm, reassurance, and steady support to our entire team. We relied on him more than he knew. His impact will be felt here for a very long time.

We will miss him deeply. Our hearts are with his family and the entire Nova Scotia pharmacy community - we are grateful for the countless ways Glenn supported our team, our pharmacy, and our profession.

This year we were happy to make Christmas a little extra special for 8 families through the Ecoles Plus program at Centre scolaire de la Rive-Sud. We like to support this program throughout the year by stocking their school ‘free store’ with personal hygiene items for students. Marie-Pier from Ecoles Plus was happy to receive and make the special deliveries before the holidays 🎄❤️

Cette année, nous avons eu le plaisir de rendre Noël encore plus magique pour 8 familles grâce au programme Écoles Plus du Centre Scolaire de la Rive-Sud. Nous soutenons ce programme tout au long de l'année en approvisionnant la boutique gratuite de l'école en articles d'hygiène personnelle pour les élèves. Marie-Pier, d'Écoles Plus, était ravie de recevoir et d'effectuer ces livraisons spéciales avant les fêtes 🎄❤️
