"We have been using Earth Angels (Berwick location) for about 6 months. They are providing in home assistance care for our mom living alone in her seniors living apartment. Julie the manager has been absolutely wonderful to deal with in every regard. Good businesses are always made by quality leadership from the top - and Julie excels. Tiffany, the full time scheduler, along with the other on call client scheduling coordinators, all work daily to try to ensure the client needs are being met. Not just with filling shifts but also working to ensure the staff and client are a good fit for each other. This is not always easy to make happen as they work around availability of staffing as well as sick calls and other factors. The schedule coordinators do this task with the upmost professionalism and pleasantness at all times. They maintain excellent communication with client/family and show a willingness to work with us to achieve success for the client. Recently we had the pleasure to meet Lara who was scheduled with my mom. Lara is such a genuinely kind person and showed such care with all aspects of my mom’s needs. She took the initiative to look around and tackle anything in need of attention (personal care needs, cleaning up living space, straightening/organizing, emptying garbage, dishes etc). This was SO greatly appreciated. Beyond that though l, she also engaged with our mom - which is not easy due to my mom having significant hearing issues. Lara exemplifies the quality of care that Earth Angels is always striving to provide. We highly recommend their services".
