Having worked with cancer patients for the last 15 years, the findings only confirm what I have experienced. I believe reflexology can have a mitigating effect on pain and anxiety for many.

In my fifteen years of practice, I have seen pain and anxiety reduced across the board!! In my first years as a reflexologist, I initiated a reflexology program at Hopespring Cancer Support Center in Waterloo, ON. By the third year of its inception, the program quadrupled due to its popularity. More studies will undoubtedly support reflexology as a holistic means of treatment for many Chronic illnesses and diseases.
