This class is designed to support all you amazing walkers out there! Walking is a fantastic form of exercises, but that's just the beginning. Learning techniques that focus on mobilizing your hips and stabilizing your back will help you walk strong for your life.

Summer session is June - August. Wednesday @ 11am. For only $60!! (That's $5/class!)
