After today I’ll have 7 massage days left at Brighton Chiropractic & Massage Therapy Clinic. 🤯
What a strange feeling that is.

I’ve decided to put most of my eggs in one basket and prioritize my fitness business. Helping women get stronger in a way that supports them exactly where they are brings me so much joy! Teaching the “why” behind the squats, learning how to not push into pain and giving them more comfort and control in their body is the best.

Don’t get me wrong - seeing that ‘post massage glow’ has also brought me a lot of joy, but fitness has reignited my love of movement.

You don’t have to be perfect, you just need to show up.

But don’t worry - I’m not gone altogether! Sign up for my newsletter and I can keep giving you those helpful tips and tricks to get you out of pain and into all the joy that life has to offer.

Life is too short to tolerate uncomfortable bodies and I promise you have more control than you think!
