Insulin Resistance= Worse COVID outcomes! 🤯

Where have I heard this before? Oh yeah, I’ve been talking about it for the last year!

And here’s another study bolstering the notion that your metabolic health (or dysfunction) is a critical determinant of COVID severity.

So here’s my question:  Did you hear this study discussed on the evening news? See it as a headline on CNN? I doubt it, and therein lies the problem with the messaging around COVID right now

Your metabolic health is malleable! By changing your diet/lifestyle you can absolutely improve the strength of your immune system and your response to COVID if you are exposed to the SARS CoV2 virus.

This should be part of the mainstream conversation so that people eating donuts for breakfast will put down the diabetes bombs and start eating organs, meat, and the least toxic plant foods.

Yes, I am biased and believe and diet is the best way for a human to eat, but you could also just start by eliminating seed oils and refined sugar.
