On August 8th, Pete Litster, Dave van Egmond, Sarah Tilley, and Kristin Ridder proudly participated in the annual John Smylie Memorial Golf Classic at Oak Hills Golf Club. ⛳️

The event raised over $132,500 in support of the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Emerge Stronger campaign, with proceeds dedicated to funding new equipment and enhancing patient care services at the Trenton Memorial Hospital.

This event made an outstanding impact, showcasing the generosity, compassion, and unity that define our community. It is a great reminder of what can be achieved when we come together in support of a greater cause! 💛✨

Yesterday marked the official groundbreaking for Belle Station Apartments, the first phase in a multi development planned in Coburg, Ontario. This 102-unit apartment building will offer thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom rental homes right here at 535 John Keefer Mahony Court in Cobourg.

Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie Zajczenko-Opdam of Legacy Living (a division of the Mistral Group) welcomed guests and shared that, “The development is not just about bricks and mortar, it’s about creating homes where people can build their lives, connect with neighbours, and enjoy everything the incredible town of Coburg has to offer. We are proud to invest in this community and to contribute to its continued evolution by providing quality rental housing in a market where it’s truly needed.”

We were so lucky to have two amazing volunteers join us from the local outreach program — a big thank you to the Brighton Arts and Culture Centre for your time, talent, and heart! 💐

Our residents had a blast creating beautiful paintings — the room was full of colour, laughter, and creativity.

Days like this remind us how special community connections truly are. 💛
