Yesterday marked the official groundbreaking for Belle Station Apartments, the first phase in a multi development planned in Coburg, Ontario. This 102-unit apartment building will offer thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom rental homes right here at 535 John Keefer Mahony Court in Cobourg. 

Chief Operating Officer, Stephanie Zajczenko-Opdam of Legacy Living (a division of the Mistral Group) welcomed guests and shared that, “The development is not just about bricks and mortar, it’s about creating homes where people can build their lives, connect with neighbours, and enjoy everything the incredible town of Coburg has to offer. We are proud to invest in this community and to contribute to its continued evolution by providing quality rental housing in a market where it’s truly needed.”

Craft day fun! 🎨🖼️

We were so lucky to have two amazing volunteers join us from the local outreach program — a big thank you to the Brighton Arts and Culture Centre for your time, talent, and heart! 💐
 
Our residents had a blast creating beautiful paintings — the room was full of colour, laughter, and creativity.
 
Days like this remind us how special community connections truly are. 💛

Looking back on a beautiful Mother’s Day celebration earlier this month 💐💖

On Friday, May 9th, we treated our amazing moms to a High Tea party complete with fascinators, finger sandwiches, and elegant desserts. ☕🍰

A live pianist filled the air with music, and the evening ended with an unforgettable performance by… ELVIS! 🎤🌟

Each lady received a special gift and flower as a small token of how much they mean to us. What a day to remember! 💕
