A huge thank you to the volunteers at Brighton Stockings & Santa Sacs for Seniors for their gifts shared on Christmas Day! All of the residents at Applefest Retriement Residence were delighted to find large Santa Sacs and presents on their seats in the dining room. They had no idea these would be waiting for them! The group of volunteers led by Lynn Gladman (Ster) worked, just as Santa's elves would have, to prepare and wrap all of the wonderful gifts for Christmas. This included hand painted pictures from students at local schools, chocolates, crosswords and adult colouring books, magnifiers, flashlights, shawls, jewelry, toiletry items and so much more! It was amazing to see all of their smiling faces with their gifts.
