Tim Hortons drive thru was created for the residents to enjoy doughnuts, timbits, coffee and tea! A travelling cart also toured room to room so everyone had the chance to have the delightful treats! Great for fall weather!

Today, we encouraged residents and staff to wear orange in recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Wearing orange is a way to honour survivors of residential schools, remember those who never returned home, and show our support for reconciliation.

Special thanks goes out to Cathy and George who arranged for Heart Light Band performance today! The music and harmonies were terrific and everyone enjoyed their song selections. All of this was in celebration of Phillis birthday celebration today!

A Mexican Fiesta was enjoyed with marguerita and mojito cocktails, salsa, guacamole, corn chips, music and a piñata game! Our maintenance staff worked very hard to hang Larry the Llama piñata. The residents worked even harder to free all of the sweet treats!
