Brockville Home Health Care is a locally owned and operated medical supply store dedicated to supporting our community with high-quality home medical and mobility equipment. We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Details:
Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Brockville, Ontario
Start Date: Early May 2026
Wage: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with purchases and inquiries related to medical supplies
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
Monitor inventory and assist with product ordering
Perform general administrative duties
Help assemble and adjust equipment as required

Qualifications:
Basic computer proficiency is required
Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset
Comfortable using tools and performing light equipment adjustments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

We celebrated our team last night in Kingston at Aquaterra! Amazing dinning experience and celebration of yet again another record year at Brockville Home Health Care! Ravi was unable to make the trip but this picture is what success is all about. As you look back over the years and reflect on our Christmas parties one thing is very noticeable. ( NOT THE GREY HAIR ) But growth. As you notice our team has grown organically over the 4 years from 1 to 6 people. This year we added a new partner and location. Belleville Home Health Care is kicking off in the right direction! Steady growth month over month. Proud to partner with a long time Friend Rob Cowell. ( The other grey hair guy next to me ). Missing in the picture also are the better halves. We can not show up to work with out great support at Home! Thank you team on another very successful year at Brockville Home Health Care! My Wife Janice Spicer again thanks for putting up with me through this fantastic journey!! Merry Christmas everyone!!

Some fantastic people with this group. But this news should not go without saying this is all the more reason to start looking at your local Home Health Care Provider. An American company now collecting on Ontario tax dollars. Do your homework when buying and choosing equipment for your loved ones.
