SECOND CLASS ADDED! Join us for a fun and heartwarming Puppy Yoga experience! This 60-minute class begins with 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga led by Brooke, followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime and cuddles. During the yoga portion, adorable puppies from Lolo’s Aussiedoodle will roam the room, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and spontaneous puppy snuggles.

After we move and stretch, enjoy dedicated time to relax, play, and take photos with the puppies.

POV: You realize you were already a teacher 🧘‍♀️

Such a beautiful day of watching students find their voice and confidence as leaders who can guide and hold space for their community.

This weekend we gathered for our Applied-Yoga Teacher Training Foundations, exploring the art of sequencing, safe cueing and transitions, and how to collaborate with professional studios and community events.

Watching these teachers step up and lead the room was incredibly inspiring. There is something powerful about practicing the courage it takes to guide others.
