Self care is super important for your mental health, whether you are a busy mom, student, hard working individual.

As a busy mom who only has a couple weeks left until my RN is complete, running the roads for my crazy crew of children and going to riding lessons with my sweet and stubborn Rosie with an amazing group of women who are either first responders or their spouse is, I was able to sneak in a couple hours of "Me" time yesterday.

As a lot of my clients know, I don't wear barely any makeup except for special occasions except mascara. I have been waiting a long time to get back into doing lash lift and tint again and beyond happy with how it turned out.

I also snuck in teeth whitening since my whitening toothpastes (i have a serious collection going) just stops at a certain shade though I do not drink coffee, red wine, smoke or anything that can stain my teeth. I have always taken great pride in them and happy I was able to get them whiter after one session (definitely will be maintaining it since was the greatest 20 mins of my life, minus my filling on the corner of my front tooth that needs the dentist to bleach it).

So happy to be able to work with The Beauty Lounge to continue to help people feel and look their best ❤️

Way to go Graycie Vanderspank on your award for most improved rider this year. Your hard work and dedication and not giving up after your first shoe though you wanted to, really worked off. You have a good team and barn family behind you. Just remember who is always standing in your corner and always showing up on those early, sometimes cold and wet mornings that turn into really long days.
