We're excited to share some big news with you! 📢

As many of you know, we have been known as Senior Support Services-CPHC since 2019, after rebranding from Community & Primary Health Care (CPHC). While we adopted the Senior Support Services name at that time, we kept "CPHC" as part of our legal name.

Today, we're proud to announce that we're officially leaving "CPHC" behind and moving forward as Senior Support Services-LLG! The "LLG" stands for Lanark, Leeds & Grenville, the communities we are so proud to serve.

This change better reflects who we are today and our ongoing commitment to supporting seniors in our community with compassion, care, and connection.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We look forward to continuing to support and grow with you as Senior Support Services-LLG! 🩵
