Today we recognize World Diabetes Day and the advancements that help people living with diabetes stay healthy — from life-changing insulin therapy to continuous glucose monitoring.

We’re also grateful for the dedicated health-care professionals who support individuals with this disease every day.

📣 IMPORTANT NOTICE – UCFHT SERVICES

The Upper Canada Family Health Team (UCFHT) is closed today.

Because of this, we are unable to offer Nurse Practitioner appointments and there will be no After-Hours / Same-Day Clinic this evening.

Our office remains open for scheduled physician appointments.

Thank you for your understanding.

We have been made aware of an online scam in which community members have been emailed by individuals claiming to be our hospital looking to collect payment for services.

Please be aware, our hospital does not send out payment statements via email. If you have questions about an invoice you have received, please call our Finance Office at 613-345-5649 ext. 51541 or 51542.

Cornerstone will be holding pre-booked RSV vaccination clinics on Friday, October 24th and Friday, October 31st for our patients aged 75 and older.
