⚠️Avoid Unnecessary Fees

We would like to remind all patients of our clinic policies regarding fees for uninsured services.

🔹 Missed Appointments
Please be advised that a $50 fee will be charged for any missed appointment that is not cancelled with at least 4 hours’ notice. This policy helps us offer timely care to all patients and minimize unused appointment slots.

🔹 Prescription Renewals Without an Appointment
Requests for prescription renewals made without a scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $17 per medication.
These services are not covered by OHIP and are the responsibility of the patient.

You’re not alone — and you do have options.

We've found a helpful website packed with information to help you better understand and manage your osteoarthritis (OA):

PLUS — there are two free sessions led by a therapist and a person living with OA. Each session is 45 minutes long, with time for your questions throughout. These sessions are designed to support you in doing the things you enjoy, without letting OA hold you back.

📢 Attention Cornerstone Patients

We’re seeing longer-than-usual delays in receiving certain test results — for example, urine culture results are taking more time than ever before to come back.

In addition, local wait times for diagnostic imaging (like X-rays and ultrasounds) are also longer. Your physician can refer you out of town where the wait may be shorter.

If you’ve recently had a test or imaging done and haven’t heard from us within 1–2 weeks, please call our office to follow up.
