🎉 We Have Turned TWO! 🎉

It’s hard to believe it’s already been 2 years since we opened our doors — and what an incredible journey it’s been!

From day one, we’ve been blown away by the support from our clients, friends, and family. THANK YOU for being part of our story and helping us grow every step of the way. 💙

Over the past two years, we’ve:

We are so proud of our very own absolutely crushing her 10km race this past weekend in .

She rocked a huge PB and was such an awesome supporter of all the other runners out there. Placing in the top 2.4% of all female runners, top 1.6% of females 35-39 and top 7.36% of all runners.

✨WELCOME AXL✨

We are excited to announce that Axl will be joining us for the summer! Axl is a dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant who is actively pursuing the educational pathway to becoming a fully licensed Physiotherapist. He graduated with Honours from the Fitness and Health Promotions program at Algonquin College in 2021. Axl furthered his education by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Coaching and Sports Performance from Munster Technological University. Since 2021, he has also been a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP, combining his academic background with hands-on experience. Outside of work, Axl enjoys spending quality time with his family, travelling, playing board games, and participating in any and all sports. His passion for health, fitness, and helping others shines through in everything he does.
