💚 Mental Health Week 2026 | Day 1 💚

Today marks the beginning of Mental Health Week (May 4–10, 2026).

This year’s theme, Come Together, Canada, reminds us that mental health is shaped through connection, understanding, and community.

Let’s take this week to listen, learn, and support one another.
Stronger connections start with coming together.

✨ Community Partner & Public Meet & Greet ✨

In honour of Mental Health Week, we’re pleased to invite community partners and individuals interested in our services to a Meet & Greet to learn more about our agency and the programs we offer.
📅 Friday, May 8, 2026
🕘 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
This event will feature a structured “speed-round” of our services, where attendees will rotate through our different programs and spend 5 minutes with each team to learn:
What the program does
Who it serves
How it can help and how to connect

⚠️ Please note: This is an informational event only. Services will not be provided during the Meet & Greet, and it is not an open drop-in. Staff will be happy to share information and next steps for accessing supports.

This is a great opportunity to build understanding, ask questions, and make connections in a guided and respectful setting.

We’re grateful to be recognized by The United Way Leeds & Grenville as the recipient of the Chair’s Cup for the Health and Social Services Sector.
This recognition reflects the generosity of our staff and service recipients who supported the 2025 campaign, and the impact of giving back to our community.
Thank you to United Way for this honour — we look forward to celebrating at the Volunteer Appreciation Event.

HOPE STARTS WITH YOU!

United Way Leeds & Grenville is proud to celebrate the staff and service recipients of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville Addictions and Mental Health for their incredible impact on our 2025 Campaign, contributing a total of $20,826.

These funds were generously raised through their Employee Giving Campaign and the Direct Accountability Program, which supports individuals in the justice system in taking responsibility through alternative sanctions that help repair harm in our community.
