⭐The HART Hub Experience: Supportive Housing⭐

Supportive Housing is the HART Hub’s final phase of care for long-lasting addictions recovery. Here’s a snapshot of the client’s experience in this final stage:

• Provides clients with stable housing in a substance-free environment for up to 2 years while they fully reintegrate into the community.
• Offers opportunities for part-time or full-time work, volunteering and/or school credit upgrading or college-level study.
• Supports clients in maintaining recovery and building independence.

The future HART Hub’s phased approach to care will transform addictions recovery in our communities. Here’s a closer look at the HART Hub’s Supportive Treatment for clients:

• It lasts for 3 months

• Clients continue participating in substance use programming through daily groups and individual counselling

• The emphasis is on employment readiness, job skills training, school credit upgrading, and volunteer placements

⭐The HART Hub Experience: Intensive Residential Treatment⭐

Our HART Hub will offer clients a seamless, multi-phase approach to addiction recovery. Here’s a closer look at the HART Hub’s Intensive Residential Treatment for clients:

• It lasts for 3 months

• Clients participate in 5–6 hours of daily programming, combining group sessions (e.g. Coping with Trauma, Relapse Prevention), and individual counselling and therapy

• Vocational support to help clients prepare for work, school, or volunteering after treatment
