Why do you eat?

I don’t aim for any Hollywood or social medial definition of what I should look like.

I eat to sleep well at night, to not have a foggy brain throughout the day, to be full of sexual vitality, to have stamina for general daily activity, to you have stamina when exercising, to be free of symptoms that are not part of my body’s homeostasis, to help my body regenerate itself every single day, to have an easy digestion and an easy transfer of the waste through my system, to have better mental clarity via my third eye and innate intuition.

I could go on. What do you want to add to this list? Can we stop the unrealistic views of water? Body should look like and look instead to have a body should actually perform and actually be healthy.

This is true healthcare.
