Time flies when you’re making a difference! Two years ago, Dr. Emma joined the team with a passion for helping people feel their best—and we’re so grateful for every single patient who’s trusted us with their care.

Not only does she bring expert chiropractic care to every session, but her sense of humor and love for treats always adds a sweet touch to the clinic atmosphere. 🍬😂

We’ve all been there as new parents - constantly wondering what’s normal and Googling alllll the things. 👩🏻‍🍼

Even when we’re doing our absolute best, it’s easy to miss the subtle signs that something might be a little off 🧐

Here are a few signs your little one might benefit from a chiropractic assessment:

• Holding their head up from birth
• Increased spit-up or reflux
• Clenched fists or curled toes while feeding
• Preferring to look to one side more than the other
• Difficulty latching at the breast
• Chomping at the breast or bottle
• Falling asleep while feeding (especially with bottle feeding)
• Clicking sounds while feeding
• Blisters on the lips
• Constipation
• Increased fussiness or difficulty settling

Our open house on Saturday was a wild success, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated 🔟 years - and our brand new location - with so many of our favourite people!

We couldn’t have pulled off such a special day without the help of some incredible people. A huge thank you to:

💛 Laura Roobol and the amazing team of volunteers from The Weekender Program for Kids for organizing, setting up, and running the BBQ (especially in that heat!). T E N ✨

10 years ago today, we opened our doors scared, unsure, and determined. So many things have changed throughout this decade: I became a mom of three, staff that became amazing friends and so important in my life have moved on to new journeys which I am so proud of, new staff who I can’t imagine my life without, and now, a brand new location. 

I have learned so much as a practitioner, whether that’s been through courses, experiences, and most of all through my patients. I am so grateful for it all. 

This last year, planning and moving into our new location showed me that even though everything is different from July 14th 2015; the support around us is the same 🩷

Thank you to my family and friends, my PHENOMENAL team, and most of all, to all of you.

A special thank you to Mayor Matt Wren - Mayor of Brockville for stopping by yesterday!

It was a pleasure to stop by to visit Dr. Lesley Belanger and her team at Belanger Chiropractic+ today. They’re celebrating their 10th anniversary as well as their new location at 803 Chelsea Street. They’ve created a very well appointed, bright and easily accessible facility. A public open house is planned for Saturday.

Wishing them many more years of success and their dedication to, and investment in our community is appreciated!

A bittersweet goodbye to Dr. Emma and the team at Belanger Chiropractic+ for keeping me together through various leg/hip/back mishaps. Final visit before the new hip. Left them with an indoor boomerang to remember me...until my next visit. Big THANK YOU again.
