Healthy No‑Bake Banana Cheesecake Bars with Peanut Butter Oat Crust
Ingredients:
Crust:
½ cup peanut butter
¾ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Filling:
1 ripe banana, mashed
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup cream cheese or additional yogurt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ Press crust ingredients into a lined 8×8 pan and chill while preparing filling.
2️⃣ Blend banana, yogurt, honey, vanilla, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour over chilled crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.
