Healthy No‑Bake Banana Cheesecake Bars with Peanut Butter Oat Crust

Ingredients:
Crust:
½ cup peanut butter
¾ cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey

Filling:
1 ripe banana, mashed
½ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup cream cheese or additional yogurt
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Press crust ingredients into a lined 8×8 pan and chill while preparing filling.
2️⃣ Blend banana, yogurt, honey, vanilla, cream cheese, and cinnamon until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour over chilled crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.

If your feeling tired, sluggish, craving everything, lethargic, or simply just pump your body full of nutrients try juicing .

I wouldn’t recommend it as a way of dieting but it’s definitely beneficial. If you want to do a 24 hour juice fast.

I just drink a cup or 1/2 a cup in the mornings or after work if I need some energy.

I normally do, 3 beets, 3 large carrots, 1-2 apples, and inch of ginger and turmeric, 2 lemons and sometimes a grapefruit.

If it’s too bitter , like last time I did a whole pack of turmeric … that was some serious anti inflammatory, fat blasting, gut settling , immunity boosting stuff… I add stevia to sweeten .

I’ve also used it as a dressing with olive oil and coconut milk for quinoa salads!

Explore outside your norm. It’s not the food your eating that your missing out on, it’s the nourishing food your not 😀😉
