We all know we should be exercising regularly but it takes some time and effort to make that happen. Looking and feeling better might be good motivation but it's worth keeping in mind that regular, vigorous aerobic exercise has amazing health promoting effects:

1) Reverses heart aging
2) Lowers blood pressure, as much as medication

Gargling can significantly reduce the risk of developing cold and flu in healthy people.

Gargling with plain tap water = 30% risk reduction
Gargling with saltwater = 60% risk reduction
Gargling with green tea = 70% risk reduction
