As well as many training opportunities such as: Intuitive Healing training, Empath Shielding training, Crystal grid training, Energy manipulation training and guided meditations/sound bath.

Tea with Tina is a slow, grounding experience that blends intuitive card reading with the ritual of tea.
Each session begins with tea — an invitation to pause, settle the nervous system, and arrive fully in the moment. From there, Tina offers intuitive insight guided by cards, conversation, and what is present for you. This is not fast or performative. It is reflective, embodied, and deeply human.

Join us for a Spring Equinox 420 Yin Yoga/ Meditation/ Soundbath experience in the Zen Den. This event is 420 friendly ~ Arrival at 4pm, then, those choosing to utilize plant medicine can do their micro dose, get settled in with Yoga starting at 4:20pm
This is a bring your own cannabis (BYOC) event.
Whether you prefer edibles or an old fashioned joint, the intent is, doing a micro dose can help you and your body relax and create a more grounding and enjoyable experience. This is not a requirement though, You are also welcome to join the event without the integration of plant medicine. Lets bring in the Spring Season with some gentle Yin Yoga.

Helping You Find Your Zen

Zen Acres Cafe is located in the picturesque Smiths Falls Ontario. The Z.A.C. is located within the new retail space that is The Global Culture Trading Post. There is a very unique vibe to this great space. You can shop, have a hot beverage/snack/lunch, receive a divination reading, an energy session, stop in the head shop or peruse the awesome vinyl section. There will also be great events happening in the space so stay tuned for updates.

Yaeb’Et and Kim are your cafe hosts. We are Herbal Tea Blenders and Energy Light Workers that offer our H.E.A.R.T Treatment, Intuitive Divination Readings, as well as many other services. Check out our services section for more info and prices. Yaeb’Et has recently written a book, Herbal Inspirations, that is available for purchase, as well. We also carry some of the finished products from his recipe book, herbal tea blends, herbal smudge/incense blends and smoking blends.
