Krista Shepley RMT

Born and raised in Alvinston, Ontario. Krista achieved her diploma in Massage Therapy at London, Ontario’s Westervelt College, where she graduated in 2017. She then went on to pass her provincial board exams with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in Toronto. Krista has always had a passion for helping others. So becoming a RMT was a perfect fit for her, and the people she treats. She is excited to expand her knowledge and skill set during her career as a RMT and help the people in her community, and surrounding areas, feel their best.

Krista can provide deep tissue massage, relaxation, trigger point techniques, remedial exercise, and hydrotherapy. As well as many other valuable techniques to suit each individual client’s needs. No matter what kind of pain or stress they are looking to eliminate.
