As we celebrate Christmas and Tibbs Eve in the spirit of Newfoundland camaraderie !

I'm humbled by the outpouring of support that made my toy drive and gift card initiative a resounding success. Congratulations, Anne Whelan. To those who gave and those who received, your kindness embodies the true essence of Christmas.

Michael's Decorating Help Service is proud to have played a part in spreading joy, and im thrilled thrilled to have made a tangible difference together. The elegant black and gold decor is truly eye-catching. What do you think of this color scheme for Christmas? I am thoroughly enjoying it! As it is my first time working with black and gold, I am pleased to see how well it creates a cozy atmosphere for Christmas! The glittering decor perfectly captures the festive spirit! Anne Whelan is the lucky winner of the Gift Card tree giveaway! I’ll be reaching out to you shortly.

A huge thank you to everyone who has generously donated so far, and to those who helped make this event a success despite a hectic schedule.

I’m still accepting gift donations until the 20th, and I’ll post an update once all donations are received. Anyone who still wants to contribute can do so, and I’ll use the monetary donations to purchase toys and deliver them in the coming days. The deadline for donations is December 20th. Thank you again for your kindness and for helping make Christmas brighter for those in need after a difficult summer.

🎄✨Rita Thorne’s Grandson Leo and I had such a magical and heartwarming time decorating his nan's tree! We filled it with sentimental ornaments that hold so much meaning, and it was amazing to see Leo take pride in making his nan’s tree shine bright. ❤️🎁

A big thank you to Rita for inviting me! And just look at her and her daughters’ beautiful new Christmas planters— all ready to go and welcome the holiday cheer! 🎅🌟❄️

Winter wonderland! Check out the end result - it's a vibrant fusion of white and silver ornaments, sparkling icicles, and glowing lights, and I love the unique charm it brings. And don't worry about those blank spots, there's probably a silver ornament hiding there, because embracing imperfection is what makes it special. Big thanks to everyone who inspired me to make this season extra special, and I'm excited to see the joy it brings. This year, I had the privilege of decorating for a truly incredible client. After experiencing the heartbreak of a devastating wildfire, she reached out and decided it was time to treat herself — to bring a little comfort, and Christmas magic back into her home. ❤️✨

It was an honour to help create a space filled with warmth, light, and joy. From the glowing tree to the beautiful crocheted ribbon woven throughout, every detail was chosen with care to help restore a sense of peace and holiday spirit.
