I teach women how to Read & Heal their own body through cell science & a rich background in womens wellness. My focus is women's wellness and self care.

I use HTMA & years of Body Mind Analysis to empower women physically, emotionally & spiritually For over a decade I have been immersed in the field of trauma release and emotional healing through movement and awareness. My background covers a range of modalities and therapies I discovered for my own healing journey. I've been a retreat facilitator since 2012. I love sharing the experience I too have had of going into a retreat environment and experiencing a transformative shift. I have been internationally certified in:

I'm an author, a guide to people committed to their self healing journey. My clients work one on one, online or in person from my home base in Canada. I live in the heart of Saskatchewan with my husband and furbabies. We're passionate about living healthy and consciously. We're plant based foodies and chose to live on the prairies where we grow a lot of our own food and live away from large centers.

There's a movement like we haven't seen in the lifetime for many of us. Charlie inspired me to take a deeper look at what I believe in, actually I started to believe in a way that was new to me. He spoke truth, even though it wasn't easy. He didn't have all the same beliefs as I do but he was honest about his and took a bold stand and intentionally did not sugar coat . Those smearing him right now are showing more about them than doing any damage to CK's reputation. I hope he touched your life in some inspirational way. I'll always be grateful to him.🙏

The senselessness of this action breaks my heart.🙏🙏🙏😔

My heart is deeply saddened by the loss of one of our nation’s heroes, Charlie Kirk.

I had the privilege of sharing a platform with Charlie at a men’s event. I found him to be a kind and tender man, yet wise and bold in his stand against evil.

Please, everyone pray for his wife Erika, their children, and for the Turning Point USA organization.

I believe with all my heart Charlie has heard the words from Jesus himself: “Well done.”

May his life and his family’s sacrifice embolden the rest of us not to shrink back from speaking the truth of God’s Word.

I’m so proud of you, brother.
