Specializing in deep tissue release, muscle & joint pain, injury relief, posture & range of motion, and trained in Swedish therapeutic massage with an ortho therapeutic approach. Certified

with the Yoga Alliance, showing client's beneficial stretches and strength/mobility training to aid in recovery and maintenance. Currently completing the college program for Orthotherapy. Orthotherapy is a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to relieve muscle pains and restore the balance within the body. Orthotherapy is a combination of massage, kinesitherapy (joint mobilization), exercise therapy, postural reeducation, and nutrition.

*Willing to work outside of office hours for emergency services.
*Willing to provide mobile services for those who can not travel due to
injury/disability.
