Where water meets mindfulness 💦 Combining meditation, floating and gentle movement on the paddle board is a perfect way to start the week ~ don’t worry we won’t be doing intense yoga poses as this experience is intended for you to truly relax, cultivate inner peace and heal with the power of nature. The beautiful, serene Sandy Lake is breathtaking and magical, come enjoy with us! ✨

No paddle board, yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
