Our candlelit restorative yoga with singing crystal bowls and sounds of magical chimes was so enjoyed by 22 extremely relaxed humans! So honoured to share this rest with everyone. 🙏 💕

Remember these cartoons from the 70's? "love is ...." I cut out and kept many of these cute little animations. One could even change the word Love to the word Happiness. We can apply it to yoga too.

YOU choose happiness. Happiness is ... getting into nature, relaxing with a good book, taking a nap, meditating, spending time with family, journaling, practicing yoga! Whatever you choose.

Happiness is not a goal but a way of being. Happiness is not only expressed outwardly but inwardly too. Let happiness fill your heart, bring you joy, and emotionally fulfill you. 🥰🙏
