Just wrapped up a 3-day online Sahaj meditation course—and I’m so grateful I chose to revisit it.
Even though I’ve done it before, going through it again helped me deepen my practice and reconnect with a profound sense of calm, clarity, and joy.
We meditated alongside over 12,000 people from 111 countries. ✨
Guided beautifully by Spencer and Bhanu ma, the experience felt both deeply personal and powerfully expansive.
If you’ve been meaning to pause, reset, and reconnect with your own inner stillness…
Dr. Shobha and I will be teaching the upcoming SKY Breath Meditation Program (Art of Living Part 1 Course) on June 27–29.
This practice has transformed millions of lives—including ours.
If you’ve been looking for a way to refresh your energy, calm your mind, and breathe deeply again, this might be your moment.

😌 Want to sleep better, think clearer, and feel calmer—starting tonight?
What if you could:

🧠 Clear mental fog
💤 Sleep more deeply
💛 Feel more grounded—even when life feels chaotic
🌿 Start and end your day with calm, not stress

That’s what this gentle, effortless meditation practice offers.
And the best part? You can experience it from your own home.

This evening, I’m joining a 3-day online meditation program that’s helped me—and many others—reconnect with inner peace, clarity, and energy.

No experience needed. No pressure to “quiet your mind.” Just a simple, guided way to reset.

🧘‍♂️ Program Schedule (Newfoundland Time – NDT):
▪️ Starts tonight – Friday, June 6: 7:00–9:00 PM
▪️ Saturday & Sunday: 9:00–11:00 AM

🕰️ Eastern Time (ET):

Our Story

We Serve Society by Strengthening the Individual

"The Art of Living is more of a principle, a philosophy of living life to its fullest. It is more a movement than an organization. Its core value is to find peace within oneself and to unite people in our society – of different cultures, traditions, religions, nationalities; and thus reminding us all that we have one goal to uplift human life everywhere."

Art of Living: An Overview

Operating in 154 countries, The Art of Living Foundation (AOLF) is a non-profit, educational and humanitarian organization founded in 1981 by the world-renowned humanitarian and spiritual teacher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. All of AOLF’s programs are guided by Sri Sri’s philosophy: “Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace.”The AOLF community is diverse and attracts people from all walks of life backgrounds and religious orientations.
