Good Morning lovely friends ❤️

If you are over 40 or 50 or 60 years of age and living with pain or worry or fear then I want to tell you that you do not have to anymore. I want to encourage you with a positive message. I want to tell you that you can be fit and healthy and pain-free again. I want to tell you that you can be safe. You can find and feel safe again. You can get back to your best energy and self again. Yes, this can happen to you too. The body and the life can get back on track. The pain can go away. it takes some new ideas and some new habits but it can happen. It takes some new food and some light exercise. It takes some meditation and some conscious breathing. It's a change of mind that enables us to change our lives. It does not happen overnight. It happens over time. It happens through practice. It can happen to you. You just have to believe in yourself. You just have to believe in possibility. You can change your life ❤️

Are you over 40 or 50 and looking for health? Have you tried the typical recommendations regarding exercise and nutrition in the past? If you have tried and failed with health before and want to make it something different this time then let's talk about lifestyle. Let's talk about getting into a happy healthy lifestyle. Let's change the way we think and speak about food and exercise. It all begins with some new positive healthy ideas in our minds.

Intermittent fasting is a great new healthy habit to include in our lives. Today is No Food Monday. I like to begin my week with a 24 hr fast. Not ready for that yet? That's ok. How about staying empty for 14 or 16 hrs? You sleep for most of that time anyway. Starting your day with a later first meal is not that hard to do and has great benefits for your health and your weight. Intermittent fasting is a super way to get your body to begin to detoxify itself. Let's get fit by working smarter not harder in our life.
