Introducing Roksana Sobota…

Fun fact: I love to spend time outdoors with my family and adorable 70lb labradoodle. By accident I ended up skydiving and bungee jumping on the same day, and it was the best!

In therapy I value empathy and authenticity. My goal is to create a space that makes you feel empowered to self-reflect, step out of your comfort zone, and take the necessary steps to lead to positive change. I enjoy working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, life stressors, relationship challenges and parenting.
