I used to live appointment to appointment, waiting for someone to tell me I was safe. Waiting for someone else to change my life. Waiting for something outside of me to shift the way I felt.

Then I realized my nervous system was waiting for me to lead. Waiting for me to choose a different path and step into a new version of myself.

For years, I blamed MS for everything — the exhaustion, the overwhelm, the fear of what might come next.
But I realized it wasn’t the diagnosis keeping me stuck.
It was the belief that I was powerless to change anything.

I used to fight my body like it was the enemy. Every symptom made me angry and afraid. But the more I fought, the worse I felt.

Eventually I learned: my body wasn’t betraying me. It was protecting me. Every symptom, every flare, was communication.

When you stop fighting your body and start listening, everything changes.
