Aligned Natural Health If you’re living with symptoms, you’re not in optimal health 💚 We help find the reason why.

I see this all the time.

Women who are:
• dependable
• caring
• always there for others

But when it comes to their own goals, health, or needs…
it keeps getting pushed aside.

And it’s not because they don’t care.
It’s not because they’re lazy.

There’s actually a deeper pattern running underneath that most people never see.

I’m going live to talk about:
Why this happens
What your nervous system is doing behind the scenes
And why “just trying harder” hasn’t been working

If you’ve ever felt this…
I think you’ll see yourself in this conversation.

Comment “ME” and I’ll send you the link to tomorrow’s session where we go deeper.

03/13/2026

Have you ever noticed how some conversations feel easy… and others feel like nothing you say is getting through?

There’s a reason for that.

In this live, I’m sharing a simple metaphor that explains why connection matters so much when it comes to change, growth, and even difficult conversations.

It has to do with how the nervous system decides whether something is safe… or something to protect against.

I’ll also share a story from a recent session that shows exactly how this works in real life.

If you’ve ever wondered why good advice sometimes doesn’t land, this will make a lot of sense.

I’m curious what you’ll notice in your own life once you see it.

03/11/2026

Have you ever noticed that you’ll drop everything to help someone else, but struggle to follow through on things that would help you?

Many people assume that means they lack discipline.

But very often there’s an unconscious rule running underneath the pattern. Rules like “don’t disappoint people” or “take care of others first.”

In this video I talk about why this happens and why so many responsible, capable people experience it.

If this resonates with you, I’m hosting a meetup next week where we’ll explore this pattern in more depth.

One of the most frustrating experiences is this:

You know what would help.

You know the foods.
You know stress affects symptoms.
You know rest matters.

And yet something inside keeps getting in the way.

Most advice focuses on what people should do.

But behavior is shaped by something deeper.

Your personality drivers.

For example:

• A competency driver wants to fully understand before acting
• A freedom driver resists rigid plans
• A security driver needs clarity and reassurance first

If the advice you’re following clashes with your driver, your nervous system will push back.

And suddenly resistance makes a lot more sense.

👇 I'm curious:

Which one do you think might be driving you?

Freedom
Security
Competency
Belonging
Expression

Have you ever noticed how two people can receive the exact same advice… and one runs with it while the other struggles to follow through?

It’s easy to assume it’s about discipline or motivation.

But most of the time, something deeper is driving the behaviour.

Over the past few years, I’ve been studying what are often called personality drivers. These are the underlying motivations that influence how we make decisions, pursue goals, choose partners, approach our work, and even how we handle our health.

In this video I break down the 5 core drivers and how they show up in everyday life.

You might start to notice things like:

• Why certain environments energize you while others drain you
• Why some health strategies feel natural and others feel impossible
• Why the same advice works for one person and not another
• Why the people we choose in relationships often follow patterns

It’s really about understanding what drives you.

Once you see the pattern, a lot of things start to make more sense.

Curious which one might be strongest for you?

Watch the video and let me know what you notice about yourself.

Ever catch yourself saying:

“I want this… but…”

That sentence tells you everything.

It means one part of you wants change.
And another part is trying to keep you safe.

Tonight I’m talking about internal conflict, why it’s one of the biggest hidden reasons we don’t achieve our goals, and what actually shifts it.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, frustrated, or like you know what to do but aren’t doing it… this conversation will land.

Come join live. Bring your “but.”

02/16/2026

You’re not a beginner.
You’ve tried a lot.
And you’re still quietly wondering why you feel stuck.

You might be eating well.
Taking supplements.
Doing therapy or mindset work.
Trying to “do the right things.”

Yet something still feels off.

In this live conversation, we’ll explore:

Why awareness alone doesn’t always create change

The missing layer between your nervous system, subconscious patterns, and physiology

Why doing “all the right things” can still lead to plateaus

A simple experiential exercise to feel this shift for yourself

This isn’t about pushing harder or fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding what’s actually been driving the pattern underneath.

If something in you knows there’s a missing piece, you’re probably right.

I didn’t write this book because I had everything figured out.

I wrote it because there was a point when nothing was working. When trying harder stopped helping. When the advice, the plans, and the “right” things just led me back to the same place.

This book came out of that space.

Out of listening to my body instead of fighting it. Out of noticing the patterns no one was naming. Out of realizing that feeling stuck wasn’t a failure. It was information.

In this video, I share why I wrote the book I wish I’d had then. Who it’s really for. And what I hope it gives the women who find themselves in that same moment.

If you’ve ever felt like you were doing everything right and still getting nowhere, this conversation might land.

01/15/2026

If you’re a woman over 40 doing all the “right” things for your health but still ending up back in the same fatigue, weight struggle, brain fog, or symptoms… you’re not alone.

In this live, I’m breaking down why effort isn’t always the issue.
Sometimes the problem is the operating system running the plan.

We’re talking about:

- why “trying harder” can keep you stuck
- how subconscious patterns create repeat loops
- what safety and stress have to do with your symptoms
- the small shifts that can start changing the pattern

Comment “ME” if you’ve felt stuck in this loop.

01/13/2026

Have you ever had a few amazing days where you felt motivated, consistent, and proud of yourself…
and then suddenly it’s like your body hits the brakes?

This is not a discipline problem.

In this short live, I’m breaking down the real reason so many women feel like they’re fighting themselves: internal conflict and the subconscious “rule” running underneath the pattern.

You’ll learn:

- why motivation disappears out of nowhere
- what’s actually happening when you “self-sabotage”
- a simple way to identify the rule your system is following
- a quick calming reset you can use right away

Comment RULE if you want the checklist to help you spot yours.

Many women with MS made a quiet promise as children.
And their body is still keeping it.

The promise often sounded like:
I will be easy.
I will stay strong.
I will not need too much.
I will carry it so others do not.

That promise brought safety or belonging once.
So the nervous system kept it running.

Years later, the body is still honoring that agreement.
Even when it costs energy, health, and peace.

MS does not come out of nowhere.
It often appears in bodies that adapted brilliantly.

Gentle exercise:
If it feels safe, close your eyes.
If not, save this for later.

Sense your younger self in front of you.
Silently say:
“You do not have to carry this anymore.”

Notice any shift.
Take one slow breath.

That is not imagination.
That is your nervous system updating an old rule.

Like and follow if you are ready to stop living by patterns you never chose.

Save this if it resonated.

01/09/2026

If you have MS, fatigue is not just being tired.

That is why it is so difficult to explain to others.

You can rest.
You can sleep.
You can pace carefully.

And still feel completely depleted.

MS fatigue is not only about low energy.
It is often about protection.

The nervous system slows the body down when it believes that is the safest response.

This perspective changes everything.

That is why I created a short mini series called
Listening to MS Fatigue Differently.

If it helps to finally feel understood,
comment LISTEN and I will share it with you.

Save this if it resonated.
