HAPPY NEW YEAR! I know I'm a bit behind, I had a vacation the first week of the year which was a great way for me to start things off! My new exciting challenge is the course I'm teaching at Mohawk to fitness and health students - Sport and Exercise Psychology. It goes right along with the positive psychology I'm learning through my coaching certification, which I will also be sharing more about this year!
