✨ Know your worth. ✨

Sometimes it’s easy to forget just how much heart and soul goes into what we do. For me, this has never just been a business — it’s been my life’s work.

Since 2003, I’ve been caring for children in this community — from running home childcare, to helping families in their homes, to creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are. Five years ago, Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids became another extension of that same calling.

It hasn’t always been easy, but it has always been worth it. Because every smile, every hug, every small moment of growth reminds me why I started this journey in the first place.

I’m endlessly grateful to the families who believe in what we do, the kids who bring so much light into our studio, and the community that continues to stand behind us. You are the reason I keep showing up — with all my heart.

Four years ago, after waiting through the challenges of the pandemic, we finally celebrated our grand opening.

Now, going into our fifth year, we are grateful for everyone who has supported us and helped bring this dream to life.

I’ve grown more in this decade than any other.

This shoot wasn’t about glamour — it was about presence.
Embracing all that I am, in the body and life I’ve worked hard to build.

It hasn’t been perfect.
It hasn’t always been easy.
But I’ve kept learning. Kept growing. Kept showing up.

Thank you to my husband, and my kids
for standing by me through the highs, the lows, and every messy, beautiful in-between.
Your love has been my anchor, my fuel, and my greatest gift.

This is the last lap of my 40s —
and I’m determined to finish it strong before the next big chapter begins.

This past week was everything I didn’t know I needed.

Space to breathe.
Time to reconnect.
Moments that reminded me how grateful I am for the life we’ve built — and the person I get to share it with.

It wasn’t about fancy plans or big getaways.
It was about the little things:
Long drives. Late-night laughs. Slow mornings.
And the kind of conversations that only happen when you’re not rushing to the next thing.

So here’s to time off, long weekends, and the gift of just being us.
Grateful, grounded, and exactly where I need to be.

To our amazing community — thank you for giving us space to pause and recharge.
We’ll see you back at the studio on Tuesday, refreshed and ready for another great week with our campers.

What a great start to our summer camp season.

Our first group of campers truly glowed.
