That’s right—an entire litter of adorable puppies is taking over our Suspension Puppy Yoga studio,
and this time… they’re bringing Santa with them.

The cutest, cuddliest, and most heart-melting holiday class you’ll experience all season.
Puppies, Santa, and suspension yoga together in one unforgettable event.

Expect snuggles, tail wags, mindful movement, and the sweetest holiday magic.
The perfect way to kick off the season with your family.

This event is open to all ages, including teens and adults.
Anyone under seven must attend with an adult.

All attendees must have a purchased ticket to be in any area of the studio or viewing area.
Spectators are not permitted, and there is no waiting area inside the studio for those without a ticket.

Please note we do not take photos.
If your child is attending without an adult, kindly ensure they bring a device to capture their photo with Santa.

Seven years ago, I set out on a mission to a remote region near Kenya for what I thought would be a month of teaching.

Yoga, mindfulness, caring for little ones — that was the plan.

But what I didn’t realize was that they would become the ones teaching me.

I met some of the happiest, most authentic children I’ve ever known.

Their joy was effortless.
Their gratitude was constant.
Their sense of community was beautiful.

I went hoping to offer something small…
but what I received was so much greater.

A short time there —
but a lasting impact on my heart.

They taught me perspective.
They taught me presence.
They taught me what true gratitude feels like.

And those lessons have stayed with me every single day since.
