This Laughing Buddha statue was looking for a new home, and I’m so grateful to have found the perfect spot for him in the garden. Now he watches over our outdoor meditation space, bringing a sense of peace, joy, and presence to each moment spent there.

These past two weeks were a quiet return to self. Nature has a beautiful way of reminding us to slow down, reconnect, breathe deeply, and just be.
Long walks, still mornings, and time in nature gave me space to listen more deeply—to the body, the breath, and the silence in between. 🌿
One of the most grounding moments: walking a labyrinth in meditation, step by step, breath by breath. No rush. Just presence. It reminded me of what yoga truly is—a return to center.
Classes resume Aug 18th. See you soon 💛
