The Spot A yoga studio that comes to your home or office. Let's create a space to practice together. My name is Lindsey and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher.

I completed my 200 hour certification just in time for yoga studios to close due to Covid. Over the past 2 years I have also completed my SUP Yoga teacher training Cosmic Kids teacher training and I am a certified Barre instructor. I am a true believer that yoga is for everyone and the benefits are amazing! Yoga can help bring you out of your head by quieting your mind and taking you back to your

breath. Through guided movement and breath work you are able to alleviate many of your worries and tune inwards. The stretching and strength training will also aid in alleviating tight muscles, sore backs by creating energy and space in your body. The Spot is designed to come to your space for an hour long yoga practice. The cost is $15 per person with a minimum of 4 people. If you have a smaller group the cost is still $60. We can practice in your space with friends, family and colleagues. You pick The Spot.
