I’m excited to share that registration is now open for the upcoming Reiki Level 1 Training, happening April 11 & 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This two‑day, hands‑on experience is designed to introduce you to the foundations of Reiki, activate your natural healing abilities, and support you in beginning or deepening your personal wellness journey.

If you feel called to learn Reiki, this is a beautiful opportunity to join a supportive, heart‑centered group.

In 2025, I chose stillness.
As a Reiki practitioner, I spend time holding space for others—guiding, supporting, and facilitating rest and wellbeing . But I realized it was time to turn inward and offer that same devotion to myself.

Taking a year off wasn’t about stepping away from purpose; it was about returning to it more rooted than ever. I allowed myself to slow down, to ground deeply, to listen to my body and spirit without urgency or expectation. Healing isn’t always movement—sometimes it’s rest, integration, and trust.

I’m reemerging with clearer energy, stronger boundaries, and a deeper connection to my practice. This pause has been a powerful initiation, reminding me that true strength is cultivated in presence, not pressure.

Honoring the cycles. Grounded. Grateful. Ready for what’s next. ✨.

At the end of 2019 I was accepted to be part of the REIKI therapy team at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Something I was very excited to be a part of.
Then COVID hit…and everything stopped… for five years. A thriving program that was built to bring patients relief, relaxation, and comfort…disappeared.
I have always had a vision of REIKI being accessible to everyone, especially to those who need it most. I have a vision of REIKI being as normal, as mainstream, and as acceptable as a doctor’s appointment or a massage therapy session. I will even go so far as to dream of there being one REIKI practitioner in every family. Yes, I believe this can happen. And it starts with small initiatives like this one.
I finally completed my orientation, and although the program is not fully on its feet yet, I am one step closer to achieving a dream.

The Importance of a child’s spiritual development…
Isn’t it crazy that society has put emphasis on so many things about children and their development, but spirituality isn’t one of them?
Amongst many different spiritual modalities, energy healing is one of the most important things to teach a child.
Energy is in everything, is the cause of everything, and IS EVERYTHING.
When you teach children energy healing, you equipped them for a long prosperous, healthy, happy life. You elevate them to walk into their power.

Read that again…do not pass go, do not collet $200.
Tell your ego to f*ck off and listen to the wind, breathe with the tide and gaze into the sunset. There, in that moment of simultaneous activity and stillness, is where you will find the truth.
