Wheel invites us to press firmly into the earth while lifting and opening through the front body. It energizes the entire system, strengthens the legs, arms, and spine, and encourages us to move beyond perceived limits with awareness and breath.

Join us for a unique in-person Face Yoga workshop designed for radiance, release, and reconnection. This is more than facial exercise—it’s a gentle return to yourself through movement, breath, and mindful touch.

While we train the body, we often forget the muscles of the face—the ones that express our emotions and carry our stress. This workshop offers a natural, nourishing way to lift, tone, and soften the face from within.

In this workshop you’ll experience:
• Face yoga to awaken and tone facial muscles
• Breathwork and mindfulness to release tension
• Lymphatic drainage for natural glow
• Gentle emotional release practices
• Sun-inspired reflection and relaxation
• Skincare tips with facial oil and botanical mist samples for guided self-massage
