A single, nourishing session blending two powerful practices for deep rest and inner connection.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and connect to the heart. With high-vibration music (963 Hz), the practice supports clarity, healing, and expansion of consciousness.

We’ll then move into Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep—a deeply restorative, meditative journey. In this practice, the body completely relaxes while the mind remains aware, guiding you into a state between wakefulness and sleep where deep healing and release can occur.

Regular Temperature. Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Come as you are.

We are not just sitting around.... 🪑

Our dynamic Chair Yoga class is for able-bodied practitioners who prefer not to get up and down from a mat.

Classes are intentionally sequenced for a full-body workout! We come out of the chair to do some balance and strengthening at the barre.
You will get a great stretch as well as some brain exercises!

Group Guided Energy Healing Classes are offered in a facilitator-led guided meditation format, providing a
nurturing, in-person experience that helps participants release emotional tension from their body and energy
field, restore balance, and reconnect to their natural state of peace and vitality.

Led by Julie Creighton, a Certified Huna Practitioner (Ancient Hawaiian Energy Healing) and Tai Chi
Teacher, these sessions weave together ancient wisdom and modern energetic science to create a profound
and uplifting healing experience.

Each 1-hour session unfolds as a gentle, layered journey of renewal:
Note: Before each class, participants will be encouraged to have a healing intention in mind for their personal
healing (physical illness, injury, or pain), continued growth, or the manifestation of a desire that will be
the focus of their energetic clearing and healing.

膆膊Standing Movement – We begin with Qigong percussion (gentle tapping over areas of the body) and
flowing Tai Chi-inspired movements to awaken the energy channels, release stagnation, and prepare
participants' bodies to receive healing.

膆膋Seated Breathwork & Grounding – While seated on yoga mats, participants are guided through
breathwork and centring exercises to calm the mind and anchor awareness into the present moment.

膆膌Lying Down to Receive – Participants will lie down comfortably to enter a deep state of relaxation to
receive the energy healing.
Each participant will receive exactly what they need for their greatest and highest wellness.

Bring a yoga mat, and an open heart :)
