A single, nourishing session blending two powerful practices for deep rest and inner connection.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help settle the nervous system, quiet the mind, and connect to the heart. With high-vibration music (963 Hz), the practice supports clarity, healing, and expansion of consciousness.
We’ll then move into Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep—a deeply restorative, meditative journey. In this practice, the body completely relaxes while the mind remains aware, guiding you into a state between wakefulness and sleep where deep healing and release can occur.
