If you never been to a Barre class (or never heard of a Barre class!) then this is your sign to check out a class with Wendy this Saturday at 10:00am!
Barre classes start with a traditional stretch/warm up, then you move to the Barre to explore some strengthening postures (your legs will thank you!)
then back to your mat for a cool down and of course...Savasana (it's still yoga after all!)
