It was a beautiful evening for a turtle talk (!), outdoor games and the screening of The Wild Robot at the Royal Botanical Gardens last weekend - we were thrilled to help sponsor this special event in support of the Green Angels Subsidy Program which provides people who are experiencing financial hardships an opportunity to visit and engage in the offerings of Royal Botanical Gardens. As everyone prepares for another school year, we are thrilled to be announcing the winners of our Smith's High School Scholarship Awards very soon! This tradition for us dates back to 1938, when only one high school existed in Burlington - over the past 87 years, the program has grown into providing bursaries to one graduating student at EVERY high school in Burlington, Grimsby and Stoney Creek. We are honoured and proud to support our amazing youth in this way!
