Desk job? Hip flexors tight? Back feeling stiff?
Here’s your reminder to stand up and stretch 👇

Tight hip flexors from prolonged sitting can pull on your lower back and mess with your posture — but one simple move can make a big difference.

Try this hip flexor stretch every hour to release tension and reset your body.

🧠 Fun Fact Friday

Your pelvic floor is part of your core — just like your abs.
Yep. It’s working every time you lift, breathe, jump… even laugh.

But unlike your abs, most people don’t train it — or even know it’s there.

Weak or tight pelvic floor muscles can lead to:
✅ Leaking when you sneeze
✅ Pelvic pressure
✅ Low back pain
✅ Postpartum discomfort

👉 That’s why pelvic floor physio exists (and no, it’s not just for women!)

You might think you don’t need a chiropractor…
Until you realize your headaches, neck tension, and shoulder tightness aren’t normal.

Chiropractic care helps restore balance, reduce tension, and get your body moving the way it’s meant to.

It’s not about “cracks” — it’s about control, alignment and real relief.

🫁 Did you know your diaphragm and pelvic floor move together when you breathe?

When you inhale, both descend.
When you exhale, they rise again.
This coordination is essential for core stability, posture and pelvic health — yet most people have no idea it’s happening!

👉 If you’re experiencing issues like pelvic pain, incontinence or pressure, working with your breath might be part of the solution.

Many people live with jaw tension, clicking, or facial pain and have no idea it could be a TMJ issue.
TMJ stands for temporomandibular joint. The joint that connects your jaw to your skull. When it’s not working properly, it can cause:

- Jaw clicking or popping
- Headaches or migraines
- Facial tension or pain when chewing
- Ear pain or pressure
- Neck and upper shoulder tightness

At Physiomax, we offer hands-on treatment and movement-based therapy to relieve tension, improve jaw function and reduce pain naturally.
