YES Eggs are really awesome!!! - unless you have an autoimmune condition and/or you have a known allergy or sensitivity and/or are vegan - I recommend eggs for everyone - so many different ways - I get a lot of questions about eggs - I thought this cool info graph might shed some light on the differences between conventional, pasture raised and everything in between. I have a few great local sources of organic pasture raised eggs if you are interested or have any questions - DM and I will send you the info!
