DANCE THERAPY - one-on-one sessions involving assessment, treatment, and conditioning for your unique dance requirements.

Dr. Cheryl will provide you with a comprehensive assessment based on your needs/goals. She will then devise a program composed of various treatment modalities and conditioning exercises to help you meet those goals.

She has been a Chiropractor in Burlington for over 17 years and takes a functional approach to care using traditional methods as well as Applied Kinesiology techniques. Determining and understanding 'WHY' something is not working properly is of the utmost importance.

Dr. Cheryl started ballet at the age of three, mostly training in the Vaganova ballet method, and currently attends adult classes at Hamilton City Ballet.
