Sport Therapy Special for all athletes & coaches participating at the Fouad Abiad Championship 🗓️ Fri May 30th, 2025
I will be offering quick tune up sessions of 30min, 45min & 1hr.

As a National level Bodybuilder competitor myself along with my 10yrs of Sport Therapy expertise, I know exactly what you need from a therapy perspective better than most. You have worked so extremely hard to present the best package on stage.

🔹This means:
•ABSOLUTELY no deep tissue 🚫
(that will cause you to hold water)
•No damage/ marks left on skin
•Nothing that will negatively affect your look on stage.

🔹Sessions consist of
•Light lymphatic drainage massage
•Shockwave therapy -Reduce Scar Tissue built up
•Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST)
•Increase ROM- better hip/shoulder/neck rotation to hit poses optimally
•Bring out that last bit of detail that your body might be missing from slightly tight facia and muscle tissue.

⚠️ FAQ: What if I just got my first coat of tan on already?
- That’s okay some techniques won’t be used but still A-LOT can be done to work around it without ruining the tan.
