This weekend, we had the honour of assisting the family of a remarkable man whose life was celebrated with great love and gratitude. He was not only a mentor and leader with the Teen Tour Band, but also an inspiration to countless young people who will carry his lessons and spirit forward.

The ArborCare Community Grief Support Program features Certified Grief Therapist, Dr. Bill Webster. The Series 1 program is a suggested prerequisite to Series 2.

🐾 Honouring Service, Friendship, and Love 🐾

We are always delighted to welcome furry friends into our funeral home, their presence brings comfort, love, and a sense of peace.

Today was especially meaningful, as these incredible St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs came to honour one of their beloved handlers. With quiet dignity, they stood as honour guards, accompanying them on their final journey.

We are also grateful to share that St. John Ambulance Therapy Dogs can be available in special situations, offering comfort and support to families during services when it’s needed most.

It was a powerful reminder of the unbreakable bond between these devoted companions and the people they serve. 💙

We’re proud to share that Dodsworth & Brown Ancaster will soon be relocating to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, built with care to better serve the needs of our families and community.

Our new location will offer an updated, welcoming space where we can continue to provide the compassionate service you’ve come to trust, with more room, more comfort, and more options for personalized care.

📅 Opening Date: September 20, 2025 11 a.m.
