Hello beautiful souls,

I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be back at Meri’s Healing Place in Burlington on Friday, March 21st, from 7:00–8:30 PM, to celebrate the Spring Equinox—a powerful time of rebirth and renewal. As flowers begin to bloom and more light returns, we emerge from winter hibernation and step into new beginnings. This season is when I love to “kick off” my own New Year, planting seeds of intention, integrating the wisdom of the quieter months, and embracing fresh ideas, visions, and inspirations.

Together, we’ll move from the winter solstice energy of the bear into the spring equinox energy of the eagle, supporting us through expansion as we spread our wings and take flight.

We’ll gather in community to breathe, connect, and welcome this beautiful season of possibility.

Believe in yourself!
All you are – and all you ever needed – is right in front of your mirror. Don't let anyone take control of your life – live in your heart and you will always find your love. Be your light. Be that flame which lights the world for others to see. Smile, skip and trust that all you ever need will flow your way at just the right moment for you. Live in this energy and see how life becomes amazing. See everything you ever wanted just flow into your heart. Start a new life – a new way to be the best you can be.
Here – take my hand. You are not alone, and you have never been alone, for you are loved so much and Spirit works for you to live in happiness. Never give up on your dreams – I have seen more dreams come true around me than you could ever believe. I see dreams come true when people surrender their lives and let go of all their past; this allows them to open up to a new energy of Spirit’s divine light. This light is – and has always been – theirs.
Today, just for me, stop, smile and start to let go. Trust and get ready for all the miracles you so deserve...

Retrning to yoga after a break!!!
We start again on Tuesdays at 6:30 with yoga classes.

**When we come back to yoga after a break, it’s a little like being a beginner all over again. The mind is open to new ideas, the ears are ready to listen, and the body is eager to release weeks or months of built up physical and emotional tension**
