So, yesterday was my birthday...and as usual, it always makes me acutely aware of the cyclical nature of our lives.

They mark an opportunity to reflect on the year that has passed, on the lessons and growth that I have hopefully acquired, and to set into motion my desires for the year to come. A birthday very much feels like stepping into a new year, unencumbered by the past and optimistic of what is to unfold.

And so, like any new beginning, our birthday is an ideal time to realign with all that brings us joy and purpose, even if it means leaving what no longer serves us in the past. What can I say – I’m a Scorpio – I’m into the whole death and rebirth energy thing! 😅

So, my loves, even though it may not be your birthday, ANY day can be an opportunity for a new beginning, to try again, and to go forth with new found passion🤍

Getting in our steps each day is crucial to lowering all cause mortality! Daily activity also supports better digestion and mood, and can have a significant impact on our energy and sleep.

Things are heating up!🥵

Nothing like a heat wave to remind you to keep hydrated. Not only is it important for overall well-being, adequate hydration is also important to digestion and nervous system regulation due to the role electrolytes play in these systems.

I advise keeping away from those sports drinks which are full of sugar, artificial flavourings, and artificial colours.
