Real talk - getting started and staying consistent with exercise has its challenges.
We all face barriers, and the best way to address those will depend on many factors!
Different strategies will work for different people - there is no one size fits all!
So this month our staff are sharing their challenges, tips, and strategies for staying consistent.
Dave kicked things off (👀 check out his reel from a few days ago for everything he had to say!!)
Here are his tips for you:
🚗 park far away - get your steps in while getting your errands done!
🚴 exercise at home - even if you only have 10 minutes, it all counts and adds up! When Dave can’t get outside on his bike (which is often ‼️ 🤣) his stationary bike comes to the rescue!
📈 Set realistic and sustainable goals! Going from zero to 100 is a recipe for failure. Start small and build up - as you build the habit and start to feel better you’ll want to do more.
