đŸ’Ș Did you know that muscle power measures outperform strength measures in predicting long term survival rates?

Powerpenia (the loss of skeletal muscle power with age) should be considered a key marker for healthy aging.

You can, and should be, training power at all ages and stages.

Doesn’t mean everyone should be throwing med balls or doing plyo box jumps. You can start by adding some speed to resistance training movements you are already comfortable with.

The kids had an absolute blast competing alongside you, hearing your story, and soaking in your words of wisdom. We also had some very eager young minds with great questions
plus a brief moment of panic when the gold medal went missing 😂
