We are a family owned and operated clinic in the heart of Downtown Burlington, Ontario. Our treatments are focused on improving function and getting our patients better as fast as possible so that they can get back to their lives, pain free. Each treatment is individualized to the patient and their specific condition and usually lasts 30-45 minutes. It involves the use of a variety of techniques in a single treatment (such as muscle therapy, mobilizations, physiotherapy modalities, and exercises prescription just to name a few). Over the years, we have specialized in the areas of chronic pain, sports injury, pregnancy care, women’s health, motor vehicle accident and work injury rehabilitation.

We are back from our vacation, recharged and ready to see you🙂

We are halfway through our family vacation and had a great time visiting charming Italy. We got very lucky that the weather was not too hot! Gelato, pizza and pasta were enjoyed daily and now we are spending a bit more time in Croatia before heading back to see you all😁

Despite us being halfway around the world, we are always checking in (we cannot help it😁😉).

We hope that you are all doing well and in our absence taking advantage to see our wonderful team of massage therapists and chiropractors back home💓

Spring 2025 has arrived! Once the last snowflake has melted it will be time to implement your landscaping plans🙂

We belive gardening is a great way to stay active and fit. However, gardening movements such as lifting, bending, and twisting can strain muscles and ligaments, leading to back pain and other issues.

Before you begin, we suggest you warm up for up to 10 minutes by stretching and/or taking a quick walk!

Here are some other helpful hints which will ensure that you’ll be gardening for years to come.

Keep your back straight

kneel to plant

use the correct tools for the job

alternate between light and heavy jobs

stay hydrated

take breaks

Remeber that if you start to feel pain or discomfort that does not go away within a day or two, its time to give us a call.

We will be happy to show you some stretches and exercises to help you stay flexible,out of pain and doing what you love!
