Spring cleaning season is here!
Just a quick reminder while you’re tackling those closets, moving furniture, and getting the house ready for the warmer months be mindful of your body.
Remember to lift with your legs, avoid twisting while carrying heavy items, and take breaks when you need them. Small movements done repeatedly can add up and put extra strain on your back and neck.
